USOBE offers a web based reservation system for hotel staff to quickly and easily book excursions for guests:
  1. Hotel guests inquires regarding boating activities
  2. Staff member accesses the USOBE reservation system for trip descriptions and availability
  3. Select the appropriate trip, time, and day of the week the guest requires
  4. Input payment information
  5. The system generates an automatic confirmation email with trips details, what to expect, and directions to the boat launch
  6. Simultaneously the captain is notified of the trip
