USOBE has a strong management team and staff. It includes a programmer, a seasoned sales manager, a professional captain, a seasoned entrepreneur, an attorney, and a host of supporters. We are self-funded, hard driving and enthusiastically going after our dream of making this project a success.


Vickie Waller leads the management of the company with 14 years middle management operational experience in Fortune 100 companies and 17 years experience as an entrepreneur. She will oversee all aspects of the business growth.

Captain Michael Waller leads the program development of the captain certification program, and will also train the captains in the certification calsses. He is an expert on the wildlife of the Low Country waters and their habitats, as well as in the resort management aspect. In bringing in other captains to fulfill trip requests, he has a long list of expectations and manages his operation on a first class level. He will ensure other captains will meet the standards required.

Nicholas Bourne leads the programming team with 7 years of programming experience. He will develop the online program and the testing/ certification program.

Bill Hanahan leads contract negotiations and captain's compliance including: proper licensing, insurance, professional conduct, training, and certification. He also works in the areas of relationship building and sales generation.

George Roberts leads the resort sales team with an impressive background in sales and sales management in both the corporate and the not-for-profit worlds. He is a seasoned and polished professional with a strong ability to close.

David Loy has been involved in travel distribution, with an emphasis in online distribution, for over 20 years. David has been instrumental in the success of Trips.com, Grouple, e-bags, and is now with Epitourian.
